HeatDoc ASC – Premium Heating Oil Conditioner

HeatDOC™ ASC is an advanced additive package formulated to maintain the integrity of heating fuels year‑round. It is a synergistic blend of stabilizers, dispersants, a metal deactivator, and a corrosion inhibitor, engineered for application in Ultra Low Sulfur Heating Oil, pure biodiesel (B100), and blended forms (Bxx).

By preventing rapid fuel blackening, sludge formation, and sediment accumulation, HeatDOC™ ASC helps reduce strainer and nozzle plugging, enhancing system performance and longevity. It combats several mechanisms of fuel instability:

• Inhibits peroxide formation, thus protecting elastomer components from oxidative damage

• Neutralizes acids and complexes acid by‑products arising from bio‑degradation

• Protects against degradation catalyzed by metal contamination

• Provides detergency in blended fuels to prevent varnishing

This additive is supplied as a dark red liquid, with a relatively high flash point (~145 °F), very low pour point (below ‑40 °F), and moderate viscosity. It can be added either continuously or in batches (preferably as early as possible in the handling process).

For best performance – One gallon of HeatDOC™ ASC treats 20,000 gallons. Avoid use of copper, brass, or bronze (yellow metals) in components that contact the neat additive. For any Quantities over 330 Gallons, please contact us!
