◇ CXFJ-32 rubber powder production waste rubber mill is used to mill 1~4mm pure rubber granules into rubber powders in 30~40mesh under normal condition. It mainly consists of a pulverizing motor, a frequency conversion feeding mechanism, a grinding disc adjustment mechanism, a feeding hopper, a moving fixed grinding disc, a machine body, a main shaft, a collecting pipe, and a circulating water cooling system.◇ The grinding surface of the grinding disc is made of tungsten carbide hard alloy, and the grinding disc body is made of special materials by subsequent special treatment. It has impact resistance, high wear resistance, good toughness, and long service life.◇The whole machine adopts a horizontal overall structure, and the parts in the machine body are processed by numerical control technology to ensure the accuracy and installation precision of the equipment.
